Job title: Field Operations Support Asst (Data Entry) Location: Greensboro, NC 27409 (Hybrid, 3 days onsite/2 days WFH) Duration: 8+ Months (Possibility of extension depending upon business requirements and performance) Shift: 8:00 a.m. - 5 p.m. (M-F) Shift-Hybrid 3 days in office Tuesday- Thursday in office-Team works remotely on Monday and Friday. 8am-5pm. Role is completely data entry in nature. Worker will be assisting in moving tickets from SAP into ESS system. 1-2 years SAP experience ideal. The Field Operations Support Assistant (Installations) position is based in Greensboro, North Carolina and reports to the Equipment Systems Manager. This position is responsible for supporting QSR Equipment installation in customer properties to drive growth and meet corporate sales objectives. This position will be instrumental in the continued development of QSR's installation processes. Main Responsibilities: Modify workload report based on Field Updates Process incoming construction reports from Customer, Corporate Account Manager or field team. Respond to high volume of emails from Customer, Corporate Account Manager or field team. Minimum Qualifications: Associate degree 6+ years of professional experience Strong PC and systems skills, especially Microsoft Excel and SAP (1-2 years SAP) Preferred Qualifications: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills consistent with a sales and relationship driven organization Self-motivated with the ability to efficiently organize and prioritize multiple high-impact activities?in a fast-paced environment Ability to learn and understand products, programs, and applications based on customer needs Ability to learn systems and reporting tools Very strong attention to detail
