As part of their continued growth, they are seeking an experienced and commercially driven Finance Manager to join their remote team based in Cyprus.</p><p>This is a hands-on role suited to a qualified finance professional who enjoys working in a dynamic environment, taking ownership of financial operations while also partnering with external clients on finance-related matters. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring financial accuracy, supporting strategic decision-making and improving operational efficiency across multiple entities.</p><p><strong>Location</strong>: Remote – Cyprus<br></p><h2>Responsibilities:</h2><p>As a <strong>Finance Manager</strong>, your broad responsibilities will include but are not limited to:</p><ul><li><p>Oversee the day-to-day finance operations of the business, ensuring accurate accounting and financial management.</p></li><li><p>Prepare monthly management accounts, financial statements, reconciliations and cash flow forecasts.</p></li><li><p>Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll coordination and banking activities.</p></li><li><p>Ensure compliance with local tax regulations, VAT submissions, statutory filings and audit requirements.</p></li><li><p>Liaise with external auditors, tax advisors, banking institutions and regulatory bodies when required.</p></li><li><p>Support budgeting, forecasting and financial planning initiatives across the organisation.</p></li><li><p>Provide financial support and advisory assistance to external clients on accounting and operational finance matters.</p></li><li><p>Assist with the onboarding of new clients and implementation of financial procedures and controls.</p></li><li><p>Monitor and improve internal finance processes, reporting structures and automation initiatives.</p></li><li><p>Collaborate closely with senior leadership on strategic financial and operational projects.</p></li><li><p>Ensure accurate maintenance of financial records in accordance with accounting standards and internal policies.</p></li></ul><h2>Requirements:</h2><ul><li><p>Fully qualified accountant (ACCA, ACA, CPA, or equivalent).</p></li><li><p>Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience in finance, accounting, audit, advisory, or corporate services environments.</p></li><li><p>Strong understanding of financial reporting standards, accounting principles and compliance requirements.</p></li><li><p>Experience handling multiple entities or supporting external clients is considered an advantage.</p></li><li><p>Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with high attention to detail.</p></li><li><p>Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively within a remote environment.</p></li><li><p>Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.</p></li><li><p>Hands-on approach with the ability to operate both strategically and operationally.</p></li><li><p>Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems.</p></li><li><p>Fluent in Greek and English, both written and spoken.</p></li></ul><h2>What’s in it for you?</h2><p>Our client offers an exciting, challenging role in a collaborative, dynamic environment.
