The results take care of themselves.<br><br><strong>The Role<br><br></strong>This is an opportunity to be the engine of our financial strategy, sitting at the heart of the Go-To-Market Finance & Strategy team. You won't just report on the numbers; you'll transform complex data into clear, strategic actions that drive our long-term revenue and international growth. In this high-impact role, you'll have the autonomy to build our reporting architecture, master our commercial metrics, and directly influence the "so what" behind the data in a fast-growing environment.<br><br><strong>What You Will Do…<br><br></strong><ul><li>Lead data analysis for the GTM finance team, building the models that inform revenue forecasts and executive decision-making.</li><li>Partner with Data and RevOps to build and maintain the scalable datasets and dashboards that track our performance with speed and accuracy.</li><li>Provide financial evaluation for new market entries and perform deep-dives into margins to guide profitability.</li><li>Define, track, and operationalise core revenue KPIs and unit economics (LTV, ARR) to steer long-term planning.</li><li>Identify reporting bottlenecks and lead the charge on automating them, converting manual tasks into streamlined workflows.</li><li>Collaborate on strategic projects and in-depth revenue analysis with the broader GTM team.<br><br></li></ul><strong>What You Will Bring...<br><br></strong><ul><li>Proven experience in an analytical role such as Commercial Finance, FP&A, or Business Analytics.</li><li>A strong foundation in financial modeling, variance analysis, and a commercial mindset to understand the "why" behind the numbers.</li><li>Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and SQL, with experience building compelling dashboards in Looker.</li><li>A track record of tackling complex projects like unit economics, KPI analytics, or revenue forecasting.<br><br></li></ul><strong>Dojo home and away<br><br></strong>We believe our best work happens when we collaborate in-person.
