Financial Analyst – ITDS (Hybrid)

The Financial Analyst will play a critical role in supporting the ITDS segment at Bel Fuse. This position collaborates closely with cross-functional teams, including operations, sales, and product management, to ensure accurate financial planning and performance tracking. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate complex financial information effectively to both finance and non-finance stakeholders.

Are You Looking To:

  • Support the month-end close process by preparing variance analysis and insightful commentary on financial results, identifying key drivers and trends.
  • Partner with sales and operations to evaluate pricing strategies, margin analysis, and customer profitability.
  • Assist in evaluating capital expenditure proposals and ROI analyses.
  • Support financial due diligence for acquisitions, including analysis of target company financials and synergy assessments.
  • Assist in post-acquisition integration, including financial reporting alignment, process harmonization, and performance tracking.

Are You Ready To:

  • Conduct ad hoc financial analysis, reporting, and special projects as requested by the Director, Finance, ITDS, including scenario modeling, cost analysis, and profitability assessments.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of financial processes, reporting tools, and systems to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
  • Work closely with segment leadership, accounting, operations, and other cross-functional teams to gather information and provide financial insights.
  • Work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Have strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Job Requirements:

What You'll Need:

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related field.
  • Minimum of two years’ relevant experience in financial analysis, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, Power Query, and Power Pivot for advanced data analysis and visualization.
  • Experience with ERP systems (e.g., Microsoft D365, Oracle) and financial reporting tools.
  • Must be a US Citizen or Permanent Resident.

What You'll Get:

  • Base salary range: $67,000 – $75,000. The compensation offered will take into account internal equity and may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors
