WE ARE GROWING! We are looking for experienced logistics sales professionals who have an existing book of business that has been built through solid relationships.

We offer all salespeople a base salary PLUS an excellent commission plan, initial training, and then ongoing training.

  • Salary based Sales positions working from our Tampa office

Key Responsibilities:

  • New Business Development: Proactively identify, prospect, and close new client accounts to drive revenue growth.
  • Lead Conversion: Utilize cold calling, networking, and industry outreach to generate a steady pipeline of potential clients.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop tailored approaches for securing partnerships, ensuring alignment with client needs and business objectives.
  • Pricing & Quoting: Provide competitive pricing based on market conditions, operational costs, and service requirements.
  • Operational Execution: Secure carrier capacity, book shipments, and oversee initial operational setup to ensure seamless execution.
  • Negotiation & Relationship Management: Build relationships with carriers and clients to optimize cost efficiency and service quality.

An ideal candidate for a career at Big Truck Logistics should have:

  • A minimum of 1 year of successful Sales in Transportation
  • Not subject to an active non-compete agreement
  • Existing, transferable customer relationships (book of business)
  • Motivation to learn something new every day and make a lot of money doing it
  • A clear understanding of how to make profit and ability to negotiate great deals
  • The ability to handle many tasks all at the same time while being detail oriented

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
