The role may involve implementing Oracle Health electronic health solutions for a Federal/State/Local Government Client. Role Summary We are seeking Curriculum Developers to join our team to develop training materials for the successful implementation of Oracle Health (Cerner) Millennium for federal, state, and local government clients. This role will collaborate closely with the training leadership team, as well as subject matter experts and key partner counterparts, to ensure the creation of effective, engaging, and scalable training programs that meet the needs of diverse user groups across IHS. The Curriculum Developer will leverage instructional design principles, best practices in adult learning, and a deep understanding of complex electronic health systems to create material that drives system adoption and ensures smooth transitions for all end-users. Responsibilities • Develop role-based training curriculum and instructor-led training materials, as well as performance support tools and other learning assets, in support of an Oracle Health/Cerner EHR implementation • Work closely with clinical and revenue cycle SMEs, project management, and leadership teams to understand business needs, workflow integrations, and requirements for training • Produce high-quality deliverables (curriculums, assessments, etc.) ensuring they meet client needs and organizational standards • Apply instructional design methodologies (ex ADDIE) to develop training materials that meet business needs and learning objectives, ensuring content is effective, engaging, and aligned with the Oracle Health Millennium implementation goals • Customize training materials to be both role- and site-specific to ensure the content meets the needs of different user groups • Create Patient Data Profiles for the training domain, which supports related curriculum exercises • Create and maintain detailed documentation for the development and revision process and implement recommended improvements based on internal and external feedback Requirements • 5 years of experience in EHR curriculum development required – Oracle Health/Cerner expertise is strongly preferred. (Training delivery experience does not fulfill this relevant experience requirement.) • A bachelor’s degree is required, or alternatively, 9+ years of relevant experience may be substituted in place of a degree. • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. and be able to obtain and maintain a government clearance of at least a public trust • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and manipulating PDFs required Preferred Skills and Experience • Clinical and/or revenue cycle subject matter expertise strongly preferred • Experience with instructional design preferred • Familiarity with agile methodologies preferred • Federal government experience preferred Additional Details • Works remotely • Salary at S&P is determined by factors including education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $95,000 - $120,000 (annualized USD). This represents the estimated salary range and is not a guarantee.
