<p><b>Job Description</b></p> <p>The <b>Global Marketing Performance Manager</b> will be instrumental in connecting the performance marketing capabilities of GM with regional marketing teams across various global markets. This role focuses on empowering regional leaders by designing and implementing scalable frameworks, measurement standards, and operational processes that ensure effective marketing strategies are adapted to local needs while being rooted in US success.</p> <p>By leveraging data insights and cross-regional analytics, this individual guarantees that each region is equipped with the necessary tools and knowledge to drive measurable business outcomes. They facilitate clear alignment on strategies related to audience planning, funnel optimization, cross-channel initiatives, and executive-level performance reporting.</p> <p>Reporting to the Global Marketing Performance & Enablement Manager and collaborating closely with the Director of Global Marketing Performance, the incumbent will work across teams like Media, Web, CRM, Marketing Strategy Intelligence (MSI), and Marketing Applied Sciences (MAS) to ensure a data-driven, efficient, and aligned approach to marketing that supports enterprise growth objectives.</p> <p><b>Major Duties & Responsibilities</b></p> <p><b>Global Performance Enablement & Framework Design</b></p> <ul> <li>Design, document, and deploy global performance marketing frameworks that adapt US-proven strategies for regional dynamics while maintaining consistency.</li> <li>Lead the rollout and adoption of the Global Marketing Measurement Framework across priority markets, ensuring standardized KPIs and reporting are integrated into operations.</li> <li>Monitor global industry trends to identify performance opportunities and provide actionable guidance for regional teams.</li> </ul> <p><b>Cross-Regional Collaboration & Capability Integration</b></p> <ul> <li>Serve as a bridge between US performance capabilities and regional marketing teams, facilitating knowledge transfer and collaboration.</li> <li>Partner with regional CMOs and performance marketing managers to identify local needs and collaboratively develop growth solutions.</li> <li>Establish and manage forums for cross-region knowledge sharing where teams can exchange learnings and best practices.</li> <li>Act as a liaison between regional performance teams and US channel leads to ensure cohesive global-to-local marketing activation.</li> </ul> <p><b>Performance Reporting & Leadership Communication</b></p> <ul> <li>Develop the reporting architecture that provides senior leadership with insights into regional marketing performance.</li> <li>Coordinate the weekly aggregation of performance data for executive summaries that highlight key metrics, wins, risks, and strategic implications.</li> <li>Create clear and engaging executive presentations that synthesize insights into a cohesive global performance narrative.</li> </ul> <p><b>Cross-Channel Test-and-Learn Enablement</b></p> <ul> <li>Collaborate with the US Test & Learn team to design and implement cross-channel testing frameworks adaptable across markets.</li> <li>Facilitate the scaling of test-and-learn initiatives globally, sharing valuable insights across regions.</li> <li>Analyze and communicate key learnings to inform future global marketing strategies.</li> </ul> <p><b>Enablement Strategy & Continuous Improvement</b></p> <ul> <li>Contribute to the strategic direction of the Global Marketing Performance function, proposing initiatives that have cross-team impact.</li> <li>Lead planning for key enablement events, ensuring actionable outcomes are achieved.</li> <li>Mentor junior team members, providing guidance on operations and marketing fundamentals.</li> <li>Promote a culture of continuous improvement by capturing learnings and evolving processes based on regional insights.</li> </ul> <p><b>Qualifications</b></p> <p><b>Required:</b></p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree.</li> <li>5+ years of experience in marketing, strategy, agency work, or consulting, particularly in performance marketing and analytics; global experience preferred.</li> <li>1-2 years of experience creating executive-ready presentations and performance summaries; proficiency in PowerPoint.</li> <li>High proficiency in Excel, data visualization tools, and marketing analytics platforms; comfort with data is essential.</li> <li>Ability to translate complex data into strategic narratives for leadership.</li> <li>Organizational and analytical skills with a strong attention to detail; capacity to manage multiple workstreams across time zones.</li> <li>Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to simplify complex ideas for diverse audiences.</li> <li>A proven ability to influence stakeholders and build alignment across different levels and regions.</li> <li>Cultural awareness and experience working with diverse teams.</li> <li>A self-starter mindset with comfort in ambiguity and adaptability to change.</li> </ul> <p><b>Preferred:</b></p> <ul> <li>Experience in automotive or with a large global marketing organization.</li> <li>Hands-on experience with marketing technology platforms.</li> <li>Familiarity with AI-enabled marketing tools and experience in driving technology adoption.</li> </ul> <p><b>Compensation:</b></p> <p>The estimated salary range for this role is ($105,600 - $140,700) based on various factors including market and individual qualifications.
