Conduct regular audits and reviews to ensure company's trade activities are in line with applicable laws and regulations. Collaborate with various internal departments, including legal, finance, and supply chain, to establish and maintain global trade compliance processes and procedures. Monitor and evaluate changes in international trade regulations and advise relevant stakeholders on potential impacts to business operations. Conduct training and provide guidance to employees on trade compliance policies and procedures. Manage and maintain necessary trade compliance licenses, permits, and registrations. Work closely with customs brokers and other third-party service providers to ensure accuracy and timeliness of import/export documentation. Provide timely and accurate reports and updates on trade compliance activities to management. Drive continuous improvement in global trade compliance processes and procedures.
