<p>As the Head of Marketing, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and optimizing our Front End and Back End marketing efforts. You will be responsible for leading and managing a global paid/influencer/content marketing team, overseeing lead generation, and conversion. Your expertise in digital marketing, team leadership, and data-driven decision-making will be instrumental in scaling our business.</p> <p>Are you a "creative" person? Then this is probably not the right job for you. We want someone who is a spreadsheet master and who even understands the complex GOOGLE ADS interface like the back of his hand. Don't know what value based bidding is? Please don't apply.</p> <p>And yet, you can't be a loner or insist on doing everything yourself. You need to be able to delegate, mentor, hold people accountable to high standards. "Dig deep" into the details when required. If you "delegate and forget it", then don't apply. Revenue Growth & Marketing Strategy</strong></p> <ol> <li>Develop and execute multi-channel marketing strategies that drive high quality lead growth.</li> <li>Optimize and scale landing pages to maximize lead conversion.</li> <li>Identify high-performing marketing campaigns and channels and scale them effectively.</li> <li>Oversee all paid media traffic channels, including Google Ads, Bing Ads, and influencer partnerships.</li> <li>Leverage satisfied customers to drive referral-based growth.</li> <li>Blow up the internet with good links, great content, etc, all getting us to rank higher.</li> <li>Oversee structured snippets implementation.</li> </ol> <p><strong>III.
