Role Description

Follows pre-established plans for project logistics and quality checks, with highly detailed guidelines. Follows well-defined processes and procedures to resolve basic questions. Reviews goals, deliverables, and key milestones for project components. Attends external and/or internal engagements and occasionally gathers documentation for team members to use for formal presentations to various audiences. Utilizes basic knowledge when completing assigned tasks to assist with developing content and communications to align messages or to advance the sale. Prepares and gathers basic information on the health insurance benefits and product offerings proposed by their team and/or cross-functional partners in case follow-up questions arise for their supervisor, immediate work group, and/or cross-functional partners. Assists the team to execute all basic business processes related to lead/prospect/customer and/or channel partner requests. Utilizes highly detailed processes and procedures to prepare for and assist with small-scale data entry, reconciliation, and processes in departmental systems as appropriate to ensure the integrity and reliability of data. Under supervision and detailed guidance, supports the organization and review of data about lead/prospect/customer and/or channel partner needs, and learns to identify recommendations that link to KPs mission, vision and values, service quality, and current product and service offerings.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED, or equivalent
  • Minimum one (1) year of experience working in a corporate or business office environment
