    HOW YOU’LL ACHIEVE THIS

    • Report directly to the Hotel Supervisor and support the Operations Manager when required
    • Primarily work at the Front Desk, with opportunities to rotate between departments to gain broader hotel experience
    • Take full responsibility for the guest journey, from check in to check out, ensuring every stay is pleasant and memorable
    • Respond professionally and promptly to guest enquiries via email, social media platforms and in person
    • Act as a brand ambassador for H Boutique Hotel Kota Damansara by engaging with guests, understanding their preferences and recommending nearby attractions and dining spots
    • Handle all cashiering responsibilities with accuracy and integrity
    • Prepare and submit required reports such as Night Audit, Occupancy Reports and Daily Sales Summary accurately and on time
    • Ensure your work area is well stocked and maintain cleanliness across guest rooms, bathrooms and public areas at all times
    • Participate in team activities and company events to build strong teamwork and maintain a positive work culture
