Advanced Practice Provider

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Advanced Practice Provider (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality, patient-centered care in collaboration with physicians and other healthcare professionals. Responsibilities include conducting comprehensive assessments, diagnosing and managing acute and chronic conditions, prescribing treatments, and promoting health and wellness through patient education and preventive care.

Essential Functions:
  • Perform physical examinations and obtain patient medical histories.
  • Diagnose and manage a wide range of acute and chronic conditions.
  • Prescribe medications, treatments, and therapies within scope of practice.
  • Order and interpret diagnostic tests such as laboratory work, imaging, and other studies.
  • Provide education and counseling to patients regarding health maintenance and disease prevention.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic health record (EHR) system.
  • Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare team members.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and continuous professional development.
  • Comply with all regulatory, legal, and ethical standards governing clinical practice.
Minimum Knowledge and Skills Required:
  • Solid clinical knowledge of common medical conditions, treatments, and procedures.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and make sound clinical decisions.
  • Demonstrated compassion, empathy, and patient advocacy.
Preferred Knowledge and Skills Required:
  • Experience in a similar role or specialty.
  • Additional certifications or training in a specific area of medicine.

Minimum Education and Experience Required:
  • Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program.

  • Advanced clinical training or certification in a relevant specialty.
Required License/Registration/Certification:
  • Current state license as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant.
  • National board certification (e.g., AANP, ANCC, NCCPA).
  • Active DEA registration (if applicable).
