Your technical expertise will directly impact millions of customers’ experiences while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment that fosters innovation and continuous improvement.</p><p><strong>Required Skills:</strong></p><ul><li>5+ years of professional experience in developing customer-facing email and digital communications</li><li>Strong HTML email coding and CSS skills for responsive, cross-client communication development</li><li>Experience with AMPscript and Server-Side JavaScript (SSJS) for personalization and dynamic content</li><li>Experience building communications in Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar platforms</li><li>Ability to support and troubleshoot email and SMS development across devices and environments</li><li>Knowledge of accessibility, deliverability, and compliance best practices</li><li>Strong collaboration and communication skills with cross-team partners</li></ul><p><strong>Nice to Have Skills:</strong></p><ul><li>Experience with Convey platform</li><li>Building or maintaining reusable communication design systems or pattern libraries</li><li>Use of analytics or performance data for communication optimization and A/B testing</li><li>Agile experience, including sprint planning and backlog refinement</li></ul><p><strong>Preferred Education and Experience:<br></strong><br> While formal degree requirements are not emphasized, extensive hands-on development experience is essential.
