<p>This is a remote position.</p> <p>We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented <b>HubSpot CRM & Marketing Automation Specialist</b> to support the setup, management, and optimisation of CRM workflows, marketing automation, and event-related communications.<br></p> <p>This role is ideal for someone with strong hands-on HubSpot experience who enjoys troubleshooting, improving processes, and ensuring automations and campaigns run accurately and efficiently.<br></p> <p><br></p> <p><b>Responsibilities:</b><br></p> <ul> <li>Create, maintain, and optimise HubSpot workflows and marketing automations.<br></li> <li>Manage audience segmentation, lists, properties, and workflow logic.<br></li> <li>Set up and support event-related communications and automation.<br></li> <li>Perform QA checks and validation of workflows, emails, forms, and campaigns before launch.<br></li> <li>Troubleshoot and resolve workflow, automation, and CRM-related issues.<br></li> <li>Support CRM operations, data quality, and campaign execution.<br></li> <li>Create and maintain SOPs, process documentation, and workflow maps.<br></li> <li>Track project progress, identify risks, and ensure tasks are completed on time.<br></li> <li>Identify opportunities to improve CRM processes and automation efficiency.<br></li> </ul> <br> <br> <h3>Requirements</h3> <ul> <li>Proven hands-on experience with HubSpot CRM.<br></li> <li>Strong experience with workflow creation, maintenance, and optimisation.<br></li> <li>Experience with marketing automation, audience segmentation, and list management.<br></li> <li>Solid understanding of workflow logic, triggers, filters, and enrollment criteria.<br></li> <li>Ability to troubleshoot and investigate CRM and automation issues independently.<br></li> <li>Experience conducting QA and validation of workflows and communications.<br></li> <li>Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.<br></li> <li>Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.<br></li> <li>Ability to work autonomously and take ownership of projects.<br></li> <li>Experience creating SOPs, process documentation, and operational guides.<br></li> </ul> <p><b>Desirable</b><br></p> <ul> <li>Experience with event-related automation and communications.<br></li> <li>Experience using Miro for process mapping and documentation.<br></li> <li>Project coordination or project management experience.<br></li> <li>Experience supporting email marketing campaigns and automation.<br></li> </ul> <br> <b>Work Environment & Expectations</b><br> While this is a work-from-home position, it is important to note that this is a full-time role—not a freelance or flexible-hour arrangement.
