ROLE SUMMARY

Your job will be to run an operations team within the HR function and ensure all targets are met.

Leadership - As a Team lead, you are expected to demonstrate exceptional leadership skills, and the ability to motivate a team. With our teams growing, this Internship Program will help you enhance your skill in managing & leading people and initiatives.

AREA OF RESPONSIBILITIES*

Some of your responsibilities will include:

  • Collaborating with the Recruitment team to manage end-to-end recruitment processes, and find replacements for candidates when the need arises.
  • Coordinating with the management to oversee the activities of Engagement, Talent Acquisition, and Talent Management interns.
  • Ensuring all HR records are maintained in our system.
  • Prioritising and delegating work to the team of interns and delivering quality work.
  • Setting up the performance review process, gauging performance and reporting teams’ performance to management.
  • Ensuring all team members’ compliance with organisational policy and procedures.

Requirements

  • Education/Certifications -** We prioritise skills over traditional degrees. But any training/ certifications/ projects undertaken/ past internships that demonstrate the basic to intermediate understanding of the HR domain are desirable.
  • Software and Applications- MS Office, familiarity with ATS and resume databases.
  • Qualities & Capabilities-
    • Excellent communication (Verbal & written), interpersonal and leadership skills.
    • Ability to work with tight deadlines and deliver in time.

** You will be expected to present proof of your qualifications and work experience.
