Serve as a subject matter expert on our sales and marketing automation technology, staying up-to-date on new features and enhancements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as product development and customer success, to continuously improve our solutions and provide a seamless experience for clients. Stay informed on industry trends and best practices in sales and marketing automation to provide valuable insights and recommendations to clients. Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of client interactions, progress, and resolutions. Contribute to the growth and success of the Sales & Marketing Automation team through sharing knowledge, ideas, and best practices.
