<p><strong>Job Title: IT Project Manager</strong></p><p><strong>Location: Charlotte, NC</strong></p><p><strong>Duration: 08 months</strong></p><p><strong>Hybrid: 2 -3 days onsite</strong></p><p><strong>Pay Range: $(60.00 - 65.00)/hr on W2 all-inclusive without benefits</strong></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Summary:</strong></p><p>Oversee delivery of Risk and Regulatory initiatives by managing project scope, timelines, cross‐functional coordination, and stakeholder engagement.</p><p>Ensure business needs are accurately translated into functional requirements and that implemented solutions align with organizational goals. Responsibilities</p><p>Engage with business users for requirements elicitation, analysis, documentation, user acceptance testing, and post‐production support.</p><p>Collaborate with cross‐functional teams across geographies, including developers, QA, SMEs, and senior management.</p><p>Conduct root cause analysis, gap analysis, and current‐state vs. future‐state assessments to define optimal solutions.</p><p>Analyze business processes, recommend improvements, and translate business needs into clear IT requirements.</p><p>Oversee testing, training, and change‐management activities during project rollout.</p><p>• Provide regular updates to senior management on risks, issues, and action plans.</p><p>Manage complex tasks with minimal supervision and communicate effectively with both business and technical teams.</p><p><strong> </strong></p><p><strong>Skills & Qualifications:</strong></p><p>10 years of professional experience in large financial institutions with a focus on <strong>regulatory initiatives (CCAR, FRTB, etc)</strong>.</p><p>Hands‐on experience with Risk and Regulatory implementations, including support for reporting and related documentation.</p><p>Strong understanding of Credit Risk, financial instruments, market data sources, trading systems, and risk governance processes.</p><p>Ability to synthesize complex technical and financial concepts and communicate them clearly to technical and non‐technical stakeholders. Strong analytical, problem‐solving, multi‐tasking, prioritization, and follow‐through skills with high accountability.</p><p>Proven ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and engage effectively with executives, managers, and SMEs.</p><p>Knowledge of project management frameworks (Waterfall, Agile) and proficiency with project management and collaboration tools (Jira, MS Project, Confluence, ServiceNow, Visio, Excel).</p><p>• Proficiency in SQL; knowledge of Databricks is desirable.</p><p>Strong leadership, relationship management, emotional intelligence, and stakeholder‐management capabilities.</p><p>Understanding of financial operations, MIS, data management, and reporting processes within commercial and investment banking.</p><p>BA/BS degree required.</p><p>Excellent written and verbal communication skills.</p>
