Insurance Agent (Maryland Residents Only)

This is exciting sales role in Columbia, MD that offers a wide range of growth. We work directly with employers to help expand their employee benefit options, while helping to solve key issues many companies face.

This position is not remote/ work from home.

We are seeking a candidate to fill our Sales Representative position. This is a Business-to- Business position that offers a strong performance-based compensation opportunity, flexible schedules with no nights, weekends, or holidays. Full-time representatives will have the opportunity to earn $3,000 in bonus money while training during your first 3 months of appointment and $13,700 in bonus money over the first year.

Our interview process consists of two interviews. Please dress professionally.

The first interview is a virtual meeting with the Regional Sales Director for Central Maryland. This will be an informative interview session covering: 1) Aflac the Company 2) The Position 3) Compensation 4) Hours and Schedule 5) Our Values 6) Who We’re Looking For.

The 2nd interview will be either in person or virtual. We’ll get to know you better and you’ll be able to ask us any questions you have.

Aflac is looking for an enthusiastic, career-minded, self-motivated individual who can work in a professional sales environment. Management opportunities are available. Prior sales experience is welcome, but not necessary.

This is not a salaried position. Aflac sales agents earn commissions, bonuses, residual income, and stock.
