Inventory Planning Manager

We are partnered with a growing retail company looking for an Inventory Planning Manager. The position is hybrid near Downtown LA.<br><br><ul><li>Salary: 140-170k <br><br><br></li></ul><strong>Responsibilities<br><br></strong><ul><li>Build and manage OTB budgets, seasonal buy plans, and a planning calendar tied to subscription cycles (pre-buy, mid-cycle reforecast, post-cycle hindsight) </li><li>Forecast demand and analyze SKU performance (sell-through, WOS, returns, ratings) to chase winners and exit underperformers </li><li>Define assortment structure — SKU count, mix, and depth by category — aligned to personalization needs </li><li>Connect customer feedback (ratings, return reasons, style data) directly to inventory decisions via a recurring performance scorecard </li><li>Develop markdown and exit strategies for slow movers </li><li>Partner cross-functionally with merchandising, marketing, and supply chain to align inventory with launches and promo. <br><br><br></li></ul><strong>Qualifications<br><br></strong><ul><li>5+ years in retail planning, merchandising, or inventory management — subscription or DTC preferred </li><li>Experience owning OTB and demand planning end-to-end </li><li>Comfort working with customer feedback loops (NPS, ratings, returns) to inform buying </li><li>Advanced Excel; SQL a plus </li><li>Bachelor's in Business, Merchandising, Supply Chain, or related <br><br><br></li></ul>If you meet the required qualifications and are interested in this role, please apply today.<br><br><strong>The Solomon Page Distinction <br><br></strong>Our teams, comprised of subject matter experts, develop an interest in your preferences and goals and we act as an advisor for your career advancement.
