Job Description:

U.S. Bank Investment Consultant helps clients identify and achieve their financial goals through a holistic approach. Our teams provide expert advice on wealth and estate planning, investments, banking, credit, insurance, charitable giving, and fiduciary administration. PWM also specializes in business-sale advisory and pre-transaction planning.

The Investment Consultant is responsible for identifying, acquiring, and deepening client relationships. This role leverages knowledge of investments, banking, estate planning, and trust services to offer comprehensive financial solutions tailored to client needs. The PWA is expected to drive growth by building relationships both internally and externally, with support from a team of specialists. Additionally, the PWA serves as a U.S. Bank representative in the community and acts as a conduit for PWM’s strategic partners in the region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recognize, acquire, and strengthen connections with high-worth and ultra-high-worth clients.
  • Offer extensive wealth and estate planning advice, including information on investments, banking services, credit options, insurance coverage, and fiduciary roles.
  • Tailored responses can be shaped by considering the client's specific circumstances and needs.
  • Collaborate with specialists within the company to address client requirements in a variety of fields.
  • Establish connections between clients and strategic allies to support their financial goals through Private Wealth Management.
  • Drive the increase in sales and foster the development of fresh client affiliations within PWM.
  • Effectively manage and rank client connections with a holistic methodology.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Qualifications that could be met through a bachelor's degree or practical work familiarity.
  • Proven tenure of over 8 years in managing relationships with affluent clients.

Essential Skills & Qualifications:

  • Experienced in establishing and cultivating professional connections, with a focus on networking and driving business growth.
  • Prospering in particular client segments or verticals through the establishment of strategic alliances.
  • Developing bespoke approaches by profiling clients' experiences and requirements to meet their expectations.
  • Ability to organize and prioritize a team of specialists to address client needs.
  • Proficient at communicating complex ideas in a clear and understandable manner.
