Helpt is seeking multiple IT Support Agents to join the team. At Helpt we provide 24x7x365 on-shore white-labled technical support on behalf of a range of companies in MSP, Technology, and Product Support sectors whose clients rely on them for support at all hours.

Schedule:

  • We are looking for a full-time team member to work 40 hours per week on a fixed schedule once assigned. Our team operates around the clock, so your shift may fall on days, evenings, nights, weekends, or holidays. Exact schedule will be provided prior to your start date.

Responsibilities:

  • Be excellent and friendly at all times to clients and end users
  • Receive inbound IT helpdesk and product technical support calls
  • Provide technical support through service, troubleshooting, and empathy

Qualifications:

  • Excellent verbal communication skills (often the phone will be your only tool)
  • Exhibits outstanding organizational skills with a keen eye for detail
  • Motivated self-starter (We want to see a passion for technology and support)
  • Previous experience at an MSP is major plus.
  • L1 Technical Experience in a Helpdesk Environment
  • Strong troubleshooting skills (Home-lab counts, tell us about yours)
  • Customer service oriented (you have to be delighted by helping people)
  • Familiarity with the modern Windows family of operating systems
  • Familiarity with the modern Mac family of operating systems
  • An innate desire to see all printers launched into the sun
