The ability to function in high pressure and demanding situations is required. Essential job functions include:<br><br><ul><li>Provide Tier II support assisting the staff with setup, configuration, troubleshooting, and repair of Firm desktops, laptops, print devices, mobile devices, and peripherals.</li><li>Responsible for imaging and configuration of computers for new employees.</li><li>Provide Tier II support for Windows operating systems and application software, including: Citrix, Adobe Acrobat, Microsoft Office, Internet Explorer, Workshare Protect, Omtool.</li><li>Responsible for minor repairs, cleaning, and maintenance of office printers.</li><li>Provide Tier II support for remote Firm locations.</li><li>Prepare, package, and ship equipment to Husch Blackwell locations.</li><li>Participate in a rotating on-call schedule aiding customers after normal business hours.</li><li>Support the physical IT asset lifecycle with deployment, upgrade and decommission of hardware while maintaining the accuracy of the Firm's asset database.</li><li>Tier II support for Remote Workdays when your office is on a Remote workday.
