The designer will be translating and defining those needs into stunning wireframes, interfaces, and prototypes for digital products from concept through creation.<br> <br>Is this you? You’ll work closely with a team of strategists, researchers, writers and developers.</p> <p>Responsibilities:<br>•Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to solve problems through design. You will use design thinking and user research to help identify unmet needs or untapped opportunities—and turn them into strategic visions for clients and internal teams.<br>•Create wireframes, user flows, sitemaps, specifications and other UX design deliverables.<br>•Design intuitive interfaces through high-fidelity designs and prototypes.<br>•Create and expand design systems and style guides.<br>•Document specifications for handoff<br>•Visual design support on client requests. </p> <p>Requirements:</p> <p>Requirements: <br>•You must have a portfolio that demonstrates:<br>Experience solving, designing and creating for diverse digital products and services.<br>Experience creating visual design assets such as icons, illustrations, and UI elements.<br>Experience with creating and designing with design systems and style guides. <br>An understanding of the user-centered design process (UCD).<br>An understanding of solving business challenges with design solutions.<br>An understanding of UX Research methods.<br>•Bachelor’s degree with focus in these related areas of study: HCI, Interaction Design, Art Direction, or a design-focused qualification<br>•Minimum 3-4 years of design experience<br>•Fluent in Spanish. Client meetings are held in Spanish, so candidate must understand Spanish<br>•Minimum B2 in English.
