YOUR NEXT OPPORTUNITY:
Responsible for the installation, configuration, maintenance, security, and reliable operation of Enterprise level servers, appliances, storage systems, and peripherals. Microsoft 365, AWS and VMware Administration is a plus.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Implementation, configuration, coordination, control, maintenance, troubleshooting, security, usage monitoring and the development of specialized system procedures.
Performs basic systems administration functions, including managing profiles and accounts, monitors and manages system resources, including CPU, memory and disk usage; performs systems backups and recovery procedures.
Writes or modifies basic scripts to resolve specific issues or problems; maintains system documentation and logs.
Performs or assists in troubleshooting and diagnosing production system problems.
Maintain network and server security, including application security, anti-virus, and user account management.
Participate in monitoring, primary response and intervention for information technology-related security incidents and violations.
Keep current with new systems; security; network technologies, and applicable laws and regulations.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL:
Windows Systems Administration and Microsoft Active Directory Management.
Must have excellent customer relations skills, superior written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills.
Must thrive in a team environment and have the ability to coach and mentor Desktop Technicians.
Linux fundamentals and willingness to learn Red Hat.
WHAT YOU BRING TO US:
Microsoft Certified Administrator or another Systems Administrator certification.
Experience as a Jr. Systems Administrator is preferred. Demonstrate technical proficiency, problem-solving skills, and hands-on experience.

Minimal, infrequent travel
WORKING CONDITIONS:
General work environment - sitting for long periods, standing, walking, typing, carrying, pushing, bending. Work is conducted primarily indoors with varying environmental conditions such as fluorescent lighting and air conditioning
