Our client is a well-established stationery distribution company in Malaysia with over 25 years of industry experience. The company is the exclusive distributor of leading Japanese stationery brands, offering a wide range of quality writing instruments, correction tools, paper products, and office supplies. They serve bookstores, retailers, wholesalers, and corporate clients nationwide. The company is now seeking a committed Sales Executive to join their growing team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Hunt for new business leads within gift shops, school suppliers, and retail outlets.
  • Visit existing retail partners to ensure they are well-serviced and satisfied.
  • Present and promote a premium catalog of Japanese writing and office tools.
  • Handle the full cycle, from taking orders and tracking deliveries to managing payment collections.
  • Keep an eye on competitor activities and market trends to stay ahead of the curve.

Requirements

  • Education: Minimum SPM, Diploma, or equivalent.
  • Background: Experience in FMCG, retail distribution, or stationery is a plus. Fresh graduates with high energy and a passion for sales are highly encouraged to apply.
  • Skills: Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Language: Fluent in English and Malay; Mandarin-speaking candidates are an advantage
  • Tools: Familiar with Microsoft Excel, WhatsApp, and basic reporting tools.
  • Independence: Ability to work from home effectively and stay self-motivated.
