Job Details<br><br><strong>Description<br><br></strong>Position Summary<br><br>Assist and perform a wide range of order and supplies fulfillment, accounting/inventory data, through the use of spreadsheets and mapping. Maintain and record maintenance contracts to support lab machinery. Shipping/ receiving, phones, general lab duties.<br><br><strong>Essential Functions<br><br></strong><ul><li>Work in a laboratory environment that may contain chemical odors.</li><li>Perform assigned duties according to the current HSE laboratory safety standards.</li><li>Follow prescribed safety rules and regulations while performing assigned duties.</li><li>Answer phones</li><li>Maintain multiple spreadsheets /data bases for accounting, mapping, and service contracts.</li><li> Inventory and order laboratory supplies<br><br></li></ul><strong>Qualifications<br><br></strong><ul><li>Minimum of two years of related experience is required.</li><li>A valid driver’s license is required.<br><br></li></ul><strong>Skills & Abilities<br><br></strong><ul><li>Computer Skills: Strong background in MS Office applications required.</li><li>Customer Service Skills: Meet internal and external commitments, respond promptly to customer needs, and solicit customer feedback to improve service.</li><li>Work Ethic: Be dependable, trustworthy, truthful, and credible in the workplace. Display a sincere desire to provide service or assistance, follow instructions, and take responsibility for own actions.
