Samuels Transport Service, Inc. is hiring Delivery Driver to deliver Amazon packages. This is a fast-paced, team-oriented position where safety, reliability, and customer satisfaction are our top priorities.

We are looking for reliable, independent, and motivated individuals who enjoy working outdoors, solving problems quickly, and delivering great service to Amazon customers.

Successful candidates are detail-oriented, safety-focused, and ready to perform in a physically active environment.

Pay & Schedule

  • $21.25 per hour
  • Bi-weekly pay
  • 10-hour shifts are typical
  • 4–5 day work week
  • Rotating schedule (team members typically work no more than 3 consecutive days)
  • Two paid 15-minute breaks
  • One unpaid 30-minute meal break
  • Performance incentives and bonuses available

  • Safely operate a company delivery vehicle at all times
  • Perform daily vehicle safety inspections
  • Deliver packages accurately and on time
  • Follow all company policies, local laws, and safe driving practices
  • Provide excellent customer service
  • Use a company-provided smartphone device for navigation, scanning, and communication
  • Load and unload Amazon packages into company delivery vehicle
  • Assist teammates when needed through route rescues
  • Maintain a high standard of safety and delivery accuracy

Physical Requirements:

  • Working in all weather conditions
  • Lifting packages up to 50 lbs frequently
  • Moving packages 50–70 lbs with a hand truck
  • Repeatedly entering and exiting the vehicle
  • Walking and delivering packages at multiple locations throughout the day

Basic Requirements

  • Must be at least 21 years old
  • Valid non-provisional, unrestricted driver’s license
  • Authorized to work in the United States
  • Ability to pass a 4-panel drug test
  • (Pre-employment marijuana testing is not included)
  • Clean driving record (multiple violations may disqualify candidates)
  • Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English
  • Equipment Provided
  • Company delivery vehicle and fuel

  • Handheld technology
  • Safety and operational equipment required for the job

Hiring Process

The hiring process typically takes 1–2 weeks to complete.
Applicants with out-of-state driver’s licenses may experience longer processing times.
