Key Responsibilities:

Outbound Lead Generation: Make outbound calls on a daily basis to parents (especially moms) who have shown interest in Enthuziastic’s programs and services, engaging them and educating them on our offerings.

Lead Conversion: Convert calls to new leads by addressing their questions, providing information, and showcasing how Enthuziastic’s services can meet their children’s educational needs.

Collaborate with Sales Team: Work closely with the Sales Manager and the Sales team to ensure the successful generation and follow-up of leads within various business sectors, contributing to departmental goals and overall success.

Target Achievement: Meet and exceed agreed personal and departmental targets based on the data and leads provided, contributing to the overall growth of the business.
