Overview

SafePoint IT is a growing Managed Service Provider (MSP) based in Palatine, IL. We’re looking for a detail-oriented Lead Qualification Specialist based in the Philippines to serve as the quality gatekeeper for our sales and marketing engine.

In this role, you’ll make outbound verification calls to confirm that our prospect records are accurate, current, and ready for future outreach. This is not a sales role. You will not pitch services, set appointments, close deals, or handle complex objections. Your job is to verify company/contact information, confirm or attempt to identify the correct decision-maker, request permission to send a brief informational email, and update HubSpot accurately.

You will be the foundation that makes everything downstream work.

Responsibilities

  • Make approximately 200–250 outbound verification calls per week against new and existing prospect records
  • Verify business name, physical address, decision-maker information, and basic company details
  • Confirm or attempt to identify the correct IT decision-maker
  • Attempt to obtain permission to send a brief informational email
  • Log email permission status and call outcome accurately in HubSpot
  • Send approved follow-up informational emails through HubSpot when appropriate
  • Mark each record in HubSpot according to the correct outcome
  • Flag bad data, wrong contacts, invalid companies, or incomplete records
  • Maintain 95%+ CRM data accuracy — every call must end with a complete disposition in HubSpot

What We’re Looking For
  • Must communicate clearly and professionally in English via phone
  • 1+ years of experience calling US-based target audience, ideally businesses.
  • Experience calling U.S.-based businesses preferred
  • Conversational and persistent without being pushy
  • Comfortable with focused phone-based work in 2–3 hours sessions
  • Detail-oriented — strong data entry habits and consistent follow-through
  • Prior CRM experience required; HubSpot familiarity preferred
  • Self-accountable and able to work independently within a structured daily routine
  • Reliable execution of repetitive, high-volume tasks with consistent quality
  • Reliable internet connection, headset, and quiet work environment
  • Able to work night shift in the Philippines aligned with U.S. Central Time business hours

Performance Goals (Weekly KPIs)
  • 200–250 verification calls completed, depending on scheduled hours
  • Verified contact and company records updated correctly
  • Correct decision-maker confirmed or attempted where possible
  • Approved follow-up emails sent when appropriate
  • 95%+ CRM data accuracy with complete disposition on every call
  • Consistent attendance and responsiveness during scheduled work hours
Compensation & Schedule
  • Bonus: $25/week when weekly KPIs are fully met, including call volume, verified records, and 95%+ HubSpot accuracy
  • Hours: Part-time, approximately 15–20 hours per week
  • Schedule: Night shift in the Philippines, aligned with U.S. Central Time business hours
  • Location: Fully remote — Philippines-based candidates only

  • Engagement type: Contractor

Tools You’ll Use
  • HubSpot CRM for calling, emailing, and contact management

  • Phone/calling system

  • Approved email templates

  • LinkedIn for light verification

  • Internal SOPs and documentation

This Role Is Not…
  • A sales or appointment-setting role — you will not pitch, close, or book meetings
  • A list-building role — prospect sourcing is handled separately
  • A high-variety role — success here means doing structured verification work consistently and accurately
  • A role for someone who dislikes repetitive phone-based work

Benefits
  • Flexible schedule

  • Work from home
