Learning & Development Analyst (Remote)

<b>About the Role:</b><br/><br/>CrowdStrike is seeking a Learning & Development (L&D) Analyst to support the effectiveness, insights, and operational execution of our global Learning & Development programs. Reporting directly to the Director of Learning & Development, this role supports the L&D function by combining data-driven learning insights with hands-on program and operational support.<br/><br/>This role will analyze learning data, identify skill development opportunities, and generate insights that help improve workforce capability and learning effectiveness. At the same time, this role helps ensure L&D programs run smoothly by supporting learning systems, communications, and program coordination. The ideal candidate is comfortable moving between analytics, systems, and operations; helping translate learning data into actionable insights while supporting the day-to-day execution of learning initiatives.<br/><br/>For in-person learning events, this role provides hands-on support to ensure the experiences run smoothly from start to finish. This includes logistical and operational tasks such as setting up training rooms, managing materials and technology, coordinating schedules, and assisting facilitators and participants throughout the event. This role requires strong attention to detail, responsiveness, and the ability to troubleshoot in real time to create a seamless and engaging learning experience for CrowdStrikers<br/><br/>This is an internal-facing role to enable leadership skills for CrowdStrikers at all levels.
