At CRI, #EverybodyCounts.<br><br><strong>Essential Functions:<br><br></strong><ul><li>Coordinate, organize and schedule engagements to ensure all deadlines are met</li><li>Provide timely feedback on each engagement to ensure staff learning and development</li><li>Review complete set of financial statements and related disclosures to ensure we are compliant with reporting requirements</li><li>Review work papers to ensure we are compliant with quality control document</li><li>Research accounting issues and provide solutions</li><li>Properly plan and manage engagements to ensure completion</li><li>Become an expert within assigned niches</li><li>Facilitate in monitoring the quality of our product and the performance of our personnel</li><li>Maintain public certification and adequate Continuing Professional Education units</li><li>Assist in special projects assigned by Partners</li><li>Develop new client contacts and relationships beneficial to the firm</li><li>Recognize opportunities to provide additional services to existing clients<br><br></li></ul><strong>Qualifications:<br><br></strong><ul><li>CPA Certification Required</li><li>Minimum 5 years’ experience in public accounting, 3 years as a senior (in-charge) accountant</li><li>Superior oral/written communication skills</li><li>Well-developed decision-making skills and initiative to make those decisions</li><li>Ability to conduct research and analyze information collected</li><li>Ability to prioritize a heavy work load and remain organized<br><br></li></ul><strong><em>Applicants m</em></strong><strong><em>ust be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future.
