Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze data from various sources. Communicate complex data findings and insights to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner. Continuously monitor and improve the effectiveness and accuracy of the Tableau dashboards. Stay updated on the latest Tableau features and tools to enhance the dashboards and data visualization capabilities. Work closely with the HR and people strategy teams to understand their data needs and provide customized solutions. Ensure data integrity and security by following best practices and protocols. Manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines. Train and educate other team members on Tableau best practices and data visualization techniques. Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in data analysis and visualization to continuously improve the dashboards. Represent the People Analytics team in meetings and presentations to share insights and recommendations with senior leadership. Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements and make recommendations to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the dashboards. Collaborate with external vendors and partners to leverage their expertise and tools for data analysis and visualization.
