This includes managing testing strategies, evaluating operational models, ensuring regulatory alignment, and embedding patient safety as a core pillar in innovation. You will support maintenance of existing programs and day to day activities. You will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including clinical, legal, digital, patient safety, regulatory, and operational partners, to ensure programs are impactful, scalable, and compliant</p><p></p><p><b>Responsibilities</b></p><ul><li>Formally lead multiple teams in diagnosis, solution development, product development, and growth and innovations to support patients receiving tests at CVS Pharmacy (~15%)</li><li>Partner with key stakeholders, both internal and external. Including, but not limited to lab partners, legal, digital and IT, and regulatory (~15%)</li><li>Develop story and accompanying decks that concisely summarize work/ make recommendations for management team (~35%)</li><li>Develop field communication strategies, including best practices, coaching, training, and problem solving for route cause of process issues (~35%)</li></ul><p><br><b>Required Qualifications</b></p><ul><li>3+ years of full-time experience in a retail and/or corporate environment, with knowledge of retail pharmacy operations and how work gets executed in the field and/or enterprise</li><li>Proven ability to engage and inspire teams to deliver on both short-term priorities and long-term goals, building accountability and momentum</li><li>Demonstrated strength influencing without authority, using strong interpersonal skills to collaborate, align partners, and drive decisions and results through effective working relationships</li><li>Continuous improvement and structured problem-solving skills, including the ability to define business problems, develop strategic/analytical (and when needed, financial) frameworks, and simplify processes to improve the colleague and customer experience</li><li>Strong execution and professional maturity, shown through effective time management across multiple staggered deliverables, clear written/verbal communication at all levels, high integrity and sound judgment in <span style="overflow-wrap: break-word; display: inline; text-decoration: inherit; hyphens: auto;">sensitive/high-visibility</span> matters, plus a growth mindset, initiative, and a strong interest in improving health care</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Preferred Qualifications</b></p><ul><li>Working Knowledge of EMR system (ie.
