You’ll work closely with Technology teams in design and implementation of AI-enabled workflows. This isn’t just about knowing the best prompts; it’s about systemic integration and being the point person for marketing; you’ll build alongside them, and you will help them fundamentally change how they operate. You will identify manual bottlenecks across the marketing department and solve them by building custom AI agents, automated workflows, and internal tools. You will act as a bridge between the rapidly evolving world of generative AI and our day-to-day marketing operations. You will report into the VP of Performance Marketing.</span><span> </span></p><p></p><p><b><u>Essential Responsibilities</u><b>:</b></b></p><p></p><ul><li><p><b><b>AI Agent Development</b><span>: </span></b><span>Design, build, and maintain custom AI agents (via OpenAI GPTs, Gemini, Claude) to assist specific roles, such as SEO and AEO, copywriters, and performance marketers.</span></p></li><li><p><b><b>Workflow Automation:</b><span> </span></b><span>Use tools like Zapier, Glean, and Gemini  to integrate LLMs into our existing tech stack (Slack, HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.).</span></p></li><li><p><b><b>Cross-functional Collaboration: </b></b><span>Collaborate closely with Technology teams in design, implementation and evolution of best practices and guidelines for AI-enabled workflows</span></p></li><li><p><b><b>Prompt Engineering & Governance:</b><span> </span></b><span>Develop a library of high-performing, standardized prompts and "Brand Voice" models to ensure output consistency across the team.</span></p></li><li><p><b><b>Tool Evaluation:</b><span> </span></b><span>Stay on the pulse of the AI landscape, vetting new tools and vendors in collaboration with Technology counterparts to ensure we stay ahead of the curve while maintaining data security.</span></p></li><li><p><b><b>Training & Enablement</b><span>: </span></b><span>Host "AI Office Hours" and workshops to upskill the marketing team on how to effectively use AI in their specific functions.</span></p></li><li><p><b><b>Content Supply Chain Optimization</b><span>: </span></b><span>Automate the "repurposing" pipeline—e.g., turning a single webinar video into 10 social posts, a blog, and an email sequence using AI.</span></p></li><li><p><b><b>Operational Documentation</b><span>: </span></b><span>Build and maintain an internal "AI Playbook," ensuring every automated workflow is repeatable.</span></p></li><li><p><b><b>KPIs</b><span>: </span></b><span>Develop and optimize marketing AI performance measurement systems by identifying KPIs, establishing baselines, and implementing data-driven strategies to enhance operational efficiency while maintaining company values and brand integrity.</span></p></li><li><p><b><b>AI Governance Partnership: </b></b><span>Liaise and collaborate with AI Governance teams in identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks to AI security, safety, transparency, and bias.</span></p></li><li><p><b><b>Coach</b><span>: </span></b><span>Coach and partner with each marketer through a progressive journey: from awareness, to first win, to regular AI integration, to full workflow transformation, to self-sufficiency</span></p></li></ul><p></p><p><b><u>Required <span style="overflow-wrap: break-word; display: inline; text-decoration: inherit; hyphens: auto;">Qualifications: </span></u></b></p><p></p><ul><li><p><b><span>AI Literacy: </span></b><span>Deep experience with LLMs (GPT-4, Claude, Gemini) and their various <span style="overflow-wrap: break-word; display: inline; text-decoration: inherit; hyphens: auto;">strengths/weaknesses.</span></span></p></li><li><p><b><span>Low-Code/No-Code: </span></b><span>Mastery of automation platforms to connect APIs.</span></p></li><li><p><b><span>Basic Programming: </span></b><span>While not a "Developer" role, proficiency in Python or JavaScript is highly preferred for writing custom functions or scripts.</span></p></li><li><p><b><span>Data Privacy: </span></b><span>A solid understanding of AI ethics, copyright issues, and data security (ensuring proprietary data doesn't leak into public models).</span></p></li><li><p><b><span>5+ years of experience in SEO, AI, Marketing, Operations or similar field</span></b></p></li></ul><p></p><p><b><u>Preferred <span style="overflow-wrap: break-word; display: inline; text-decoration: inherit; hyphens: auto;">Qualifications: </span></u></b></p><ul><li><p><span>A portfolio of "Builds"—show us the agents and/or automated workflows you’ve already deployed.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Experience with multi-modal AI (image generation via Midjourney/DALL-E, video via Sora/Runway, or audio synthesis).</span></p></li><li><p><span>Bachelor’s degree</span></p></li></ul><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p><u><b>What we offer:</b></u><br><br><span>Salary is only one component of the Amplify Total Rewards package, which includes a 401(k) plan, stock options, competitive health insurance and mental health options, basic life insurance, paid time off, parental leave, and access to best-in-class development programs. The gross salary range for this role is $96,000 - $108,000.
