With a team of 500+ professionals across multiple countries, we are scaling globally to support travellers with seamless, unlimited data connectivity.</span></p><p><span>We’re not just connecting people—we’re enabling freedom and peace of mind, ensuring our users stay connected from the second they land, wherever their journey takes them.</span></p><h3><span><strong id="docs-internal-guid-92087125-7fff-7fba-0830-bdb24a34e18b">About the role</strong></span></h3><p><span>We are looking for a Senior Marketing Automation Specialist to join our CRM & Lifecycle team and play a key role in the execution, optimization, and evolution of our marketing automation strategy across multiple initiatives and markets.</span></p><p><span>This role combines hands-on execution, technical ownership, and cross-functional collaboration, working closely with Product, Data, Engineering, and Content teams.</span></p><p><span>The ideal candidate is highly proficient in Klaviyo, comfortable working with event-based architectures, and experienced in integrating data and tools through APIs and webhooks.</span></p><h3><span><strong id="docs-internal-guid-92087125-7fff-7fba-0830-bdb24a34e18b">Key Responsibilities</strong></span></h3><ul><li><p><span>Design, build, and optimize automated customer journeys across email, push, SMS, and WhatsApp.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Manage advanced segmentation, personalization logic, and conditional workflows using behavioral and transactional data.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Continuously test and optimize automation flows to improve conversion, engagement, retention, and LTV.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Collaborate with Product, Data, and Engineering to define and consume events, parameters, and payloads.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Support and validate integrations between internal systems, CDPs, analytics tools, and marketing platforms using APIs and webhooks.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Analyze campaign and flow performance, run experiments, and document learnings.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Translate business needs into clear CRM and technical requirements, ensuring timely execution.</span></p></li></ul><h3><span><strong id="docs-internal-guid-92087125-7fff-7fba-0830-bdb24a34e18b">Required Skills & Experience</strong></span></h3><ul><li><p><span>5+ years of experience in Marketing Automation, CRM, or Lifecycle Marketing.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Strong hands-on experience with Marketing Automation tools or CRM.
