Make It With Pride.</b></p><p></p><p><b>Key Responsibilities</b></p><p><b>Project Management & Marketing Support</b></p><ul><li>Support all areas of Away from Home marketing including trademark licensing, marketing strategy, marketing activation, and marketing finance.</li><li>Assist in the development and execution of key commercial & non-commercial AFH marketing initiatives and projects.</li><li>Create customer-facing and internal presentations to support business objectives.</li><li>Conduct analysis and provide insights to support marketing strategies and decision-making.</li><li>Coordinate meetings, develop agendas, and manage timelines for key initiatives.</li><li>Track project progress and publish recaps to ensure alignment and on-time execution.</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Trademark & Licensing Support</b></p><ul><li>Support the AFH marketing licensing and creative content approval process in collaboration with the Trademark, Content & Licensing Manager.  <ul><li>Work with portfolio of Mondelez brand trademarks including Oreo, Sour Patch, Chips Ahoy! and more.</li><li>Assist with BUR, NDA, TMLA, and broader licensing processes, ensuring timely follow-up and completion.</li><li>Support global licensing requests and maintain related documentation.</li><li>Assist in drafting, negotiating, and preparing business contracts on behalf of the U.S. foodservice organization.</li></ul></li></ul><ul><li>Support trademark and creative content reviews for all consumer-facing materials.<ul><li>Ensure compliance across TV, digital/social media, and point-of-purchase materials for U.S. foodservice accounts.</li></ul></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Internal Communications & Content Management</b></p><ul><li>Support internal communications and public relations initiatives.<ul><li>Manage marketing content systems, including organizing and maintaining creative assets on platforms such as SharePoint.</li><li>Assist with the development of internal publications highlighting AFH marketing programs (e.g., monthly newsletters).</li><li>Create presentations for internal meetings to showcase AFH initiatives and results.</li></ul></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Qualifications</b></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, communications, business, or a related field.</li><li>Entry-level experience or internships in marketing, brand activation, or related areas preferred.</li><li>Strong proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Key Competencies</b></p><ul><li>Strong organizational and project management skills</li><li>Strong time management and prioritization skills</li><li>Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills</li><li>Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities</li><li>Collaborative team player</li><li>Creative problem solver</li><li>Results-driven with a focus on execution</li></ul><p></p><p></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p></p><h2><span style="color:#000000"><b><u>Salary and Benefits:</u></b></span></h2><p></p>The base salary range for this position is $61,800 to $84,975; the exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education and location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with possibility for overachievement based on performance and company <span style="overflow-wrap: break-word; display: inline; text-decoration: inherit; hyphens: auto;">results.
