Job Description:

  • Workflow Definition: Define core marketing workflows such as campaign planning, segmentation, attribution modeling, media mix optimization, product positioning, and brand management.
  • Evaluation Creation: Develop realistic test cases and evaluation metrics to measure how effectively AI systems perform tasks like creative ideation, market analysis, customer segmentation, and message optimization.
  • Capability Assessment: Assess the model’s performance across marketing functions including consumer insights, content marketing, brand strategy, marketing analytics, and PR/crisis communication management.
  • Data Curation & Annotation: Identify, refine, and label high-quality marketing data (e.g., ad copy, campaign results, brand assets) for training and improving AI models.
  • Feedback & Iteration: Review AI outputs, provide structured feedback, and recommend improvements to enhance the model’s marketing reasoning, accuracy, and real-world applicability.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of professional experience in one or more of the following areas: Brand Strategy / Marketing Communications, Digital Marketing / Performance Marketing, Marketing Analytics / Attribution / Media Mix Modeling, Product Marketing or Go-to-Market Strategy, Market Research / Consumer Insights, Advertising.
  • Hands-on experience in at least one of the following: prompt engineering or refinement of AI algorithms, rubric and “golden response” development, LLM evaluation/quality frameworks, or AI-driven tools financial analysis and decision‑making.
  • Proven ability to translate complex marketing concepts (e.g., attribution modeling, consumer psychology, pricing strategy) into structured frameworks and measurable steps.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills; comfortable working with both creative and data-driven marketing tasks.
  • Excellent communication skills in English to articulate marketing concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a deep understanding of marketing best practices.
