Work you'll do

The Marketing Manager, Ecosystems & Alliances leads the planning and execution of comprehensive marketing programs for specific alliance partners. This role drives marketing initiatives that support alliance business objectives, collaborates with partner marketing teams, and contributes to alliance strategy development.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement alliance-specific marketing plans aligned with CCO business objectives

Plan and manage the execution of event marketing and digital marketing activities including content placement, communications, client engagement/hospitality, experiences, webinars, social media, and email campaigns.

Build and maintain productive relationships with counterparts at partner organizations

Collaborate with internal marketing stakeholders to ensure alignment of alliance marketing activities

Measure and report on marketing performance and business impact

Identify opportunities to enhance alliance marketing effectiveness and efficiency

Represent Deloitte at partner marketing events and planning sessions

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field

Minimum 5 years of marketing experience, with minimum 2 years in alliance or partner marketing

Proven experience managing complex B2B marketing initiatives

Strong understanding of event marketing, digital marketing tactics and measurement

Excellent project management and stakeholder management skills

Ability to work effectively in matrix organizations

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with technology alliance partnerships

Knowledge of Deloitte's service offerings and go-to-market strategies
