Our Chicago marketing team prepares proposals and marketing materials for all offices, and we work collaboratively to bring exciting projects and clients to F.H. Paschen. Paschen!<br><br><strong>Summary<br><br></strong>As a Marketing Coordinator, you will work with the project team to develop proposals (RFP and RFQ submissions), presentation materials and interview preparation, including strategizing and customizing proposals to best present F.H. Paschen to potential clients. We want to hear your creative ideas that will make our proposals stand out!<br><br>While proposal preparation is the primary role of this position, it’s important that our team members are involved in all areas of F.H. Paschen’s overall marketing strategy. This may include company announcements, project award submissions, and other special projects that will expand your skills and understanding of this exciting and ever-changing industry.<br><br><strong>Assigned Responsibilities*</strong>:<br><br><ul><li>Work with team to manage and produce proposal and presentation submissions</li><li>Assist with or handle creative and technical writing</li><li>Create graphics/charts for proposals</li><li>Create/update project profiles</li><li>Create/update staff resumes</li><li>Prepare award submissions</li><li>Database/Library updates</li><li>Produce database reports</li><li>Other duties as assigned</li><li> Assigned responsibilities may include any or all of the above<br><br></li></ul><em><strong>Authority<br><br></strong></em>Reports to the Director of Marketing or Marketing Manager.<br><br><strong>Requirements<br><br></strong><ul><li>College degree in English, marketing, or communications</li><li>Minimum five (5) years experience working on proposals, preferably within the construction industry</li><li>Exceptional follow up and writing skills, attention to detail</li><li>Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, Adobe InDesign, and Acrobat<br><br></li></ul>F.H.
