Our software platforms support clinical trials, diagnostics, and medical decision-making in highly controlled regulatory environments.</p><p></p><p>As a Medical & Scientific Affairs Advisor, you will serve as a scientific and imaging expert, partnering across functions to support high‑quality independent image review, regulatory readiness, and innovation in clinical research, helping bring life‑changing therapies to patients faster.</p><p></p><p><b>What We Offer</b></p><ul><li>Competitive compensation</li><li>Comprehensive health, dental, and vision coverage</li><li>Retirement savings plan with company contribution</li><li>Paid time off and company holidays</li><li>Flexible work arrangements (role dependent)</li></ul><p></p><p><b>What You’ll Be Doing</b></p><ul><li>Serve as an imaging advisor supporting company operations and initiatives across assigned therapeutic areas.</li><li>Provide scientific input on clinical trial design, image review methodology, and image data quality control.</li><li>Manage and enhance processes for independent image review, ensuring consistency, quality, and regulatory readiness.</li><li>Monitor, review, and communicate industry trends related to independent review to maintain service leadership.</li><li>Implement training standards for new radiologists, study‑specific needs, and emerging imaging criteria.</li><li>Contribute to scientific publications, abstracts, editorials, and thought leadership initiatives.</li><li>Identify and implement innovations to improve central read efficiency and interpretation techniques.</li><li>Create, review, and maintain imaging documentation, including charters, imaging manuals, and study‑specific rules.</li><li>Develop operational strategies for new imaging criteria and modalities, including nuclear medicine (e.g., PET/CT).</li><li>Support radiopharmaceutical trials, specialized client requests, CMO review processes, sponsor audits, and regulatory inspections.</li><li>Partner with application development and business development teams to translate scientific requirements into operational and client‑facing solutions.</li><li>Lead, mentor, and develop team members through training, coaching, and performance guidance.</li></ul><p></p><p><b>What We Look For</b></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred, or equivalent practical experience.</li><li>5+ years of experience in clinical trials and/or the pharmaceutical environment.</li><li>Demonstrated expertise in multi‑modality imaging projects; medical imaging software experience preferred.</li><li>Strong understanding of imaging criteria, clinical trial operations, and regulatory expectations.</li><li>Proven ability to lead, mentor, and collaborate across multidisciplinary teams.</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong organizational and analytical capabilities.</li><li>Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities in a fast‑paced environment.</li><li>Based in, or able to work from, the United States (remote).</li></ul><p></p><p>At Clario, our purpose is to transform lives by unlocking better evidence.
