<p><b>Molecular Imaging Account Manager, Cardiology - Central</b></p><p></p><p>Bracco Diagnostics Inc. is a subsidiary of Bracco Imaging which is part of the overall Bracco Group.  The Company specializes in the clinical development, marketing and sales of diagnostic contrast imaging agents.  Bracco Diagnostics Inc. primarily markets its products to hospitals throughout the United States.</p><p></p><p>Bracco Diagnostics Inc. is committed to the discovery, development, manufacturing and marketing of imaging agents and solutions aimed at providing a better use and management in terms of diagnostic efficacy, patient safety and cost effectiveness.</p><p></p><p><b>Job Purpose</b></p><p>This position primarily encompasses market development and promotional activities for Bracco’s cardiovascular PET agent, CardioGen-82.  The Molecular Imaging Account Manager, Cardiology position involves direct interface with a variety of customers.  These customers include nuclear cardiologists, nuclear medicine physicians and radiologists, nuclear medicine technologists, nursing personnel, business administrators and financial officers, and nuclear pharmacists.  Business interface with nuclear (SPECT & PET) camera equipment vendors, radio pharmacies, and providers of Imaging services both Mobile and free-standing imaging centers is also required.</p><p></p><p><i><b>This position will cover the Central territory which includes the following cities: Chicago, Detroit, Indianapolis, and St. Louis . Candidates located in and familiar with this region are preferred.</b></i></p><p></p><p><b>Main Responsibilities, Activities, Duties and Tasks</b></p><ul><li>Achieve sales quotas for all Nuclear Medicine promoted products, primarily CardioGen-82 (Bracco’s cardiovascular PET agent)</li><li>Implement market development initiatives to expand cardiovascular PET imaging with CardioGen-82</li><li>Possess and acquire sufficient knowledge of cardiovascular diagnostic imaging (Cardiovascular PET emphasis)</li><li>Develop territory action plan with stated objectives, implementation steps, action items, timelines, etc. to achieve territory and company goals</li><li>Coordinate and conduct educational programs (In-services, seminars, symposia, etc.) to customers on Bracco’s cardiovascular PET agent, CardioGen-82</li><li>Build and maintain rapport with key thought leaders and cardiovascular diagnostic imaging businesses</li><li>Maintain up-to-date territory records and customer information</li><li>Provide technical support to nuclear medicine / nuclear cardiology departments and radio pharmacies</li><li>Effectively communicate market intelligence and trends, including competitive information, to Bracco marketing and sales management</li><li>Continuously develop personal knowledge relative to markets, products, customers, and relevant Bracco business interests</li><li>Ability to travel including some weekend travel for meetings and customer events</li><li>Responsible management of time, company property (including vehicle), and all funding assigned</li><li>Other duties may be assigned</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Education</b></p><ul><li>B.S/BA.
