ABOUT PRO 7 SPORTS RECRUITING

Pro 7 Sports Recruiting helps qualified student-athletes connect with college coaches and scholarship opportunities across the country. Our organization focuses on athlete exposure, recruiting education, communication strategy, and helping families properly navigate the recruiting process.

We are not looking for “sports fans” or casual recruiters.

We are looking for disciplined, competitive, production-driven individuals who can prospect, communicate, follow up, build relationships, and help families take action.

As our company enters its summer growth phase, all leadership promotions will come from within. High performers will have opportunities to move into Director and leadership positions as the organization expands.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Prospect and communicate with student-athletes and families
  • Generate College Prospect Reports (CPRs)
  • Schedule recruiting evaluation interviews
  • Follow up with athletes and parents consistently
  • Educate families on the recruiting process
  • Conduct virtual recruiting interviews
  • Help qualified families enroll into recruiting institutions
  • Maintain pipeline organization and daily reporting
  • Represent Pro 7 professionally online and offline
  • Attend mandatory team calls and company power meetings
  • Dedicate at least 2 social account for recruiting only

PERFORMANCE EXPECTATIONS

This is a production-based role.

Scouts are expected to:

  • Work a minimum of 4 focused hours daily Monday–Saturday
  • Maintain daily prospecting activity
  • Generate athlete conversations consistently
  • Complete follow-up daily
  • Meet monthly KPIs
  • Communicate with leadership, athletes, and families professionally

Compensation is directly tied to production and consistency.

COMPENSATION STRUCTURE

This is a commission and bonus-based position with uncapped earning potential.

Scouts are compensated through:

  • Athlete signings
  • Monthly production bonuses
  • Leadership advancement opportunities

*Bonuses are rolling and stack throughout the month.

High-performing scouts who exceed KPIs and maintain consistency can earn substantial monthly income while positioning themselves for leadership opportunities within the company.

TRAINING & CERTIFICATION

Selected candidates will enter the:
Pro 7 Recruiting Performance Academy

This is a structured training and certification process focused on:

  • Prospecting
  • Athlete communication
  • Interview scheduling
  • Recruiting interviews
  • Objection handling
  • Closing
  • KPI accountability
  • Pipeline management

Certification is earned through execution, professionalism, communication, and performance readiness, not attendance alone.
