The Position

  • Clean homes either solo or with a teammate
  • Perform Move Out, Deep Clean, Post-Construction and Recurring Clean services
  • Focus on kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas
  • Deliver a five-star customer experience every time
  • Take before and after photos to showcase your work
  • Make the client happy and proud of their clean home

Who You Are

  • 2+ Years Residential Cleaning experience is a must
  • Must be willing to drive to job locations
  • Your own cleaning business is a plus
  • Have (or willing to get) General Liability Insurance
  • Hard working, motivated, hungry to improve your life
  • Strong communication skills are a MUST
  • Good people skills — cleaning is about service, not just scrubbing
  • Warm smile, professional attitude, and pride in your work

Compensation

We pay per job, not hourly — because every home is different.

Our cleaners consistently earn $30 to $40 per hour(we have not had anyone earn less).
