<div><h2>Operations Manager, Site Lead</h2><p>The Operations Manager, Site Lead is a key strategic leader responsible for driving operational performance, efficiency, and continuous improvement across the site. This role oversees the execution of manufacturing strategies, ensures alignment with financial and customer objectives, and fosters a culture of safety, quality, and regulatory compliance. With accountability for operational excellence, cost optimization, and talent development, the Operations Manager, Site Lead plays a pivotal role in supporting the organization\'s long-term growth and service commitments.</p><p>What You Will Do:</p><ul><li>Owns the execution of short / medium-term manufacturing strategy and the operational direction of the responsible service center production processes</li><li>Achieves operating objectives, consistent with budget and customer contractual obligations</li><li>Leads continuous improvement (CI) activity for the service center; consistently demonstrates a commitment to CI as a change agent for the facility</li><li>Oversees cost reduction and process improvement for the service center to ensure efficiency of operations and cost effectiveness</li><li>Assists Site Lead in developing annual service center budgets</li><li>Oversee and ensures all quality related items are complete and documented to meet established quality standards. Develops and maintains an audit ready environment for area of responsibility</li><li>Ensure workplace is safe and free of significant hazards.
