As an Oracle Cloud Technical Architect, you will be responsible for leading the technical architecture and ensuring the overall quality of Oracle Cloud ERP solutions. You will serve as the primary technical liaison between functional teams, client IT stakeholders, and delivery teams, driving design decisions, development standards, and successful solution delivery across complex, multi-pillar implementations.

This role requires deep expertise in Oracle Cloud technologies, strong leadership capabilities, and the ability to translate complex technical concepts into business-aligned solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and maintain the overall technical architecture and quality of Oracle Cloud ERP solutions
  • Serve as the primary technical interface between functional teams and client IT organizations
  • Lead technical design and prototyping for integrations, reports, conversions, and extensions (RICE components)
  • Evaluate technical solution options and provide recommendations based on project impact, scalability, and maintainability
  • Author and maintain technical design and approach documents, including:
    • Instance Strategy
    • Integration Approach
    • Conversion Approach
    • Extension Strategy

Delivery Leadership & Governance:

  • Oversee development, testing, and deployment of solutions delivered by onshore, offshore, and nearshore teams
  • Provide technical leadership, guidance, and governance for all development activities
  • Delegate tasks effectively across development teams and Centers of Excellence (COE)
  • Ensure adherence to development standards, best practices, and project scope
  • Drive issue resolution and proactively manage technical risks and dependencies

Stakeholder Communication & Collaboration:

  • Translate complex technical concepts into clear business-friendly language for stakeholders
  • Communicate technical risks, issues, and solution options to both technical and non-technical audiences, including executive leadership
  • Collaborate closely with program leadership, functional leads, and client stakeholders to align technical solutions with business goals

Team Development & Mentorship:

  • Mentor and train team members on Oracle Cloud technologies, architecture standards, and best practices
  • Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment across distributed delivery teams

Required Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
  • 10+ years of experience in large-scale, multi-pillar implementations
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
  • Experience delivering at least 4+ Oracle Cloud multi-pillar implementations
  • Deep expertise in:
    • Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
    • Oracle Visual Builder Cloud Service (VBCS)
    • Oracle Database and PL/SQL development
  • Strong experience designing, developing, and supporting applications across cloud platforms
  • Solid functional understanding of Oracle Cloud ERP Applications, as well as ERP and/or SCM business processes.
  • Proven experience leading distributed (onshore/offshore) development teams
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently in a remote, client-facing environment

Compensation:

Peloton provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles. Actual compensation is influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to skills, experience, qualifications, business needs, and geographic location. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $150,000-$210,000 (Base Compensation). Peloton also offers bonus opportunities and a comprehensive benefits package including:
