IN THIS MARKET DEVELOPMENT SPECIALIST ROLE YOU WILL:

Your day will be full of energy, connection, and opportunity. You'll start by hitting the road-on foot or by car-exploring your assigned territory and introducing local businesses to everything W.B. Mason has to offer. With flyers in hand and a consultative mindset, you'll meet with potential clients, uncover their needs, and show them how our full range of workplace products and services can make their lives easier. You'll demo products, share web tools, offer custom pricing, and help new customers get set up through MasonvilleGO. Along the way, you'll work closely with inside sales and our onboarding teams to ensure every new account is smoothly transitioned and well taken care of. With regular branch sales meetings to keep you connected and supported, you'll have the tools and team behind you to grow your market-and your outside sales career.


WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR THIS MARKET DEVELOPMENT SPECIALIST POSITION:

  • Experience in customer service, retail sales, etc.
  • Outstanding communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
  • Ability to converse, read, and write in English
  • Bachelor's Degree (BS or BA) from a four-year college (preferred)
