Part-Time Order Packing, Kitting & Inventory Support for E-Commerce Business

We sell kombucha, kefir, fermentation supplies, teas, herbs, books, and DIY kits, so accuracy matters. Many of our customers are new to fermentation, and a well-packed, correct order helps them feel confident and cared for from the moment their box arrives.

Packing and checking customer orders

Assembling kits from multiple components

Keeping packing supplies stocked and organized

Tracking boxes, mailers, inserts, tape, labels, and other materials

Following simple SOPs and packing checklists

Flagging low inventory, damaged items, or unclear instructions

Helping prevent shipping errors through careful QA

You’re a good fit if you are:

Reliable

Detail-oriented

Organized

Comfortable with repetitive tasks

Careful with small details

Good at following checklists

Willing to ask questions instead of guessing

Respectful of the customer experience

Able to work independently after training

Experience with order fulfillment, kitting, inventory, warehouse work, ShipStation, WooCommerce, or packing food-related products is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person.
