We're looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Sales Development Representative (SDR) who enjoys scheduling meetings via calls and emails, some prospecting, and keeping CRM HUBSPOT data organized.
Schedule
2 hours per day
Monday through Friday
Working during U.S. Eastern Time (EST) business hours
15 hours per week
Compensation
$100 per week
+$10 bonus for every Qualified Meeting Scheduled
A Qualified Meeting is:
A scheduled meeting with a prospect that you were assigned to contact who agrees to meet with our CEO to discuss purchasing inbound calls, lead forms, or performance marketing traffic for their company.
Daily Performance Expectations (2 Hours)
Every workday you will:
✅ Make 30 outbound cold calls based on list provided
✅ Send 30 personalized outbound emails based on list provided
✅ Research and add 3 new qualified prospects into HubSpot CRM
✅ Update all prospect activity accurately in HubSpot
Responsibilities
Cold call assigned prospects
Send personalized follow-up emails
Schedule meetings on our calendar
Keep HubSpot CRM updated with notes and activities
Research and identify new qualified prospects
Follow our outreach scripts while adding your own professionalism
Follow up with prospects across multiple touchpoints
Maintain accurate CRM records

A successful SDR consistently:
Completes daily activity requirements
