We are seeking a friendly and attentive Part Time Servers and Hosts to join our dynamic team in providing exceptional dining experiences. The Part Time Servers will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service, taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring guest satisfaction from start to finish.
The Part Time Hosts will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service, taking orders through telephone or in person. Accurately inputing online or thirdparty orders through POS system.
Responsibilities of Part Time Server
- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive table service throughout their visit
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems
- Upsell menu items and promote specials to enhance guest experience and increase sales
- Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining presentation standards
- Handle cash transactions accurately and process payments using POS systems and cashiering tools
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of tables, service stations, and dining areas in compliance with food safety standards
- Assist with bussing tables, resetting for new guests, and supporting kitchen staff when needed
- Provide excellent guest relations by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring overall satisfaction
- Follow all sanitation, safety, and food handling protocols to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff
- Greet and welcome guests warmly
- Take/input phone and in person orders accurately on POS system

- Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures

- Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask efficiently during busy periods

- Basic math skills for cash handling and bill splitting are essential
