Be Valued at the American Heart Association by following us on LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X, and at heart.jobs.</p> <h2>Responsibilities</h2> <p> </p> <ul> <li>Develop, edit, and maintain end-user documentation for Salesforce, including step-by-step user guides, job aids, and reference materials.</li> <li>Convert existing documentation and raw content into standardized organizational templates, ensuring consistency, clarity, and usability.</li> <li>Collaborate closely with Systems Trainers and subject matter experts to gather requirements and validate instructional content.</li> <li>Translate complex system processes and workflows into clear, user-friendly instructional materials for multiple audiences.</li> <li>Ensure all materials align with organizational branding, documentation standards, and accessibility guidelines.</li> <li>Perform quality assurance reviews on training materials to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency.</li> <li>Manage multiple documentation projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced, evolving environment.</li> <li>Update and maintain documentation repositories to ensure materials remain current with system changes and enhancements.</li> <li>Perform other duties as assigned in support of training, systems adoption, and documentation initiatives.</li> </ul> <h2>Qualifications</h2> <ul> <li>High School Diploma.
